Email Issue -- Resolved

We are currently investigating into an issue where emails are bouncing and unable to login to mailbox for all customers that host their emails with ProWeb.  We are working urgently to get this service restored.

We have no ETA at this stage but will update as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Engineers have identified the cause of the issue.  Email account settings have now been restored.  All email forwarding is now operating normally.  Currently in process of restoring contents of mailboxes, which will be completed by tomorrow morning.

Issue has now been resolved.  Contents of mailboxes have been restored.
