Email Settings to use with your email program

If using Email Forwarding:

Once the email address you have requested is setup, use the following settings to set up your email software:

Email address: user@domain-name.co.nz
Incoming (POP) server: pop3.broadband-provider.co.nz (Check this address out with your ISP)
Outgoing (SMTP) server: smtp.broadband-provider.co.nz (Check this address out with your ISP)


If using Email Mailbox:

Once the email address you have requested is setup, use the following settings to set up your email software:

POP3 Server Setup

Email address: user@domain-name.co.nz
Incoming server: pop3.proweb.co.nz
Incoming server port: 110 (for TLS or None authentication) or 995 (for SSL authentication)
Username: user@domain-name.co.nz
Password: (As provided by ProWeb)
Outgoing (SMTP) server: smtp.broadband-provider.co.nz (Check this address out with your ISP)

IMAP Server Setup

Email address: user@domain-name.co.nz
Incoming server: imap.proweb.co.nz
Incoming server port: 143 (for TLS or None authentication) or 993 (for SSL authentication)
Username: user@domain-name.co.nz
Password: (As provided by ProWeb)
Outgoing (SMTP) server: smtp.broadband-provider.co.nz (Check this address out with your ISP)

If it is not possible to use your ISP's SMTP server, please contact ProWeb for details on how to use the ProWeb Authenticated SMTP server.
