How do I order an account or service?

You are able to select a service you require from our services section, hosting manager, domain name manager or contact the ProWeb sales team.


How long will it take to setup my account?

Your account may take some time to setup from the receipt of the order. Once you account has been set up we will send you a notification email containing all the necessary account details so that you can login into the ProWeb Servers and begin setting up / uploading your site, use email and other services.


What payment options do you have?

We accept direct credits as a preferred payment method. ProWeb also accepts online payment by credit card.

A card payment fee may apply to payments made online with a Credit Card or Debit Card.


How does your billing work?

Our service works on a pre-payment system. You will receive your invoice the 1st business day of the month. Payments are due within 7 days of the date of the invoice. Failing payment on within 7 days your account will be placed on hold and a reconnection fee of $10.00 will apply. Services will automatically renew unless cancelled in writing 1 calendar month prior to the renewal date.  For futher information refer to ProWeb Service Agreement.
