SMTP Queue specifies that it tells our Mail Server to hold email for your Mail Server.

SMTP Queue can be used in 2 ways:

• Our Mail Server can be a backup for another Mail Server under your domain name
• Our Mail Server is first port of call before your email is delivered to your Mail Server

Primarily this service is for companies with high email requirements that do not want their email service unavailable when another Mail Server is down or wish to sort the email in your in-house Mail Server and don't have a permanent connection to the Internet or wish not have email directly delivered to your server.
